Shipping policy
Our goal is to ship your order to you as quickly as possible.
We ship via most common delivery services to addresses within the USA and many other parts of the world.
Delivery options are calculated based on the item(s) requested and delivery address. These can be accessed in the shopping cart.
Once your order is placed you will receive updates via e-mail as your order is processed. Please note, order processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do require a signature on all orders we ship- this is done to help ensure that every customer who orders with us receives their package from the shipping provider in good condition... we realize your order is important to you so it is important to us.
While we are not able to ship without the signature requirement, there are ways to sign up for either electronic signature or arrange a specific date when you know you will be home for the item to be delivered through the shipping provider.
